Sales Manager (m/f/d)

EURODSP – Digital Media Desk was created out of a French agency group in December 2016. We are an independent, programmatic provider based in Munich and Paris. As part of the Wethepeople agency group with over 100 employees in 7 locations, we specialise in expertise in programmatic campaigns. Our 10-strong team specialises in managing technological advertising communications on behalf of our clients. For a Sales Manager position in Munich, but possibly also as hybrid or remote work, we are looking for a new team member (m/f/d) who can expand our client portfolio and strengthen our sales.

Your tasks:

  • You use your existing portfolio and network to generate client briefings and new sales opportunities.
  • You identify and acquire potential clients in the field of digital advertising with a focus on programmatic advertising.
  • You negotiate and conclude contracts with clients to generate new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
  • You maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers to increase customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • You analyse the market and competitors to develop strategic sales approaches and position the company competitively.
  • You work closely with the internal team to develop customised solutions and meet customer requirements.

Your profile:

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in digital advertising, specifically in sales and new client acquisition, preferably with a focus on agencies and client/advertiser marketing teams. Ideally, you will have experience from a media buying agency, a DSP or SSP.
  • You have a sound knowledge of digital advertising and a good understanding of programmatic advertising to be successful in sales.
  • You are proficient in CRM tools, Linkedin Sales Navigator and office software such as Microsoft and Google Suites.
  • You are a strong communicator and have excellent organisational skills.
